Replacement Policy:
Please note that certificates will only be replaced or refunded within 30 days from the issue date.
To replace a certificate within 30 days of issuance, send an email containing the new CSR request along with the order # for your certificate to the . A new certificate will be created and sent to as soon as possible. Refunds and reissuances of certificates cannot be given after 30 from the original order date.
